It's time for my round seven monologue! I am glad that a big move was made and that Matheusz was sent home cause I think while he was a great character and player, if he had stayed much longer he would have lost all relevance and would just had become a burden. In the overall story of this season it was time for his personal story to reach an end.
I also like how relieved Hugo is and that he is showing some passion for the game, I don't think he is gonna win, but he is a good underdog for the rounds he has left. As of right now he has no relevance to the overall story but that's alright, I think if he makes it to the merge he will become a key player.
Giovanni has become a non entity, probably because of his vacation, but it's still disappointing. It is very clear for the time being he is just gonna stick with the numbers and coast by. Unfortunately despite their winning streak, and possible because of it, Hadar is not a very interesting tribe.
I think it's interesting that everyone in this tribe continues to be as open as they are. They are all willing to play the game with one another, and nothing is out of the question, and quite frankly I think that they could very well be the middle people when the merge comes and the war brews which is exciting.
BARGAAL
I want to start this by saying that I think Devon is an absolutely amazing player. I love how he realizes that he cannot let Samm or Ricky win because they are by far the most powerful players, is willing to make moves but realizes he has to have perfect timing in order for it to not backfire. I really think that Devon has a really good shot at winning this game if he continues to play his cards right. ESPECIALLY after hearing Ricky's confessional where he STILL wants to work with him, and seems to consider Devon easy to influence. The fact that people are underestimating him a lot (Samm does too, calling him "just a super chill, stoner, server") is going to play to his advantage and I hope Devon can capitalize on it. I also like how relieved Hugo is and that he is showing some passion for the game, I don't think he is gonna win, but he is a good underdog for the rounds he has left. HADAR
I, for one, am happy Ricky has his mojo back. Though I absolutely hate the alliance he created which would allow two players who I am not very thrilled with to coast along. I think picking up Tyler would have been smarter, then again I am super biased because I literally cannot stand Simon. I like that Ricky wants his tribe to stay together and keep winning because he realizes Frank[/s] is a loyal player, and quite frankly that is all that he is ever gonna be, he is clueless, loyal, and is kinda just there, so at least that's a number on his corner. Giovanni has become a non entity, probably because of his vacation, but it's still disappointing. It is very clear for the time being he is just gonna stick with the numbers and coast by. Unfortunately despite their winning streak, and possible because of it, Hadar is not a very interesting tribe.
